SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping (US)
- All orders ship Flat rate $7.95.
- Typical delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment.

International shipping
- We ship internationally via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.
- EU orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

A note on tire prep: Dysfunctional Juice is a chemical product, so it ships via ground service. It may not be eligible for expedited air shipping to certain locations — if that affects your order, we'll contact you right away.
